Refunds / Returns Policy
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Dutch Consumer Law. IZZI Cosmetics will accept all refunds, returns or replacement requests if the IZZI Beauty products are returned to our office within 30 days of delivery. If you want to return a product, the customer pays the shipping cost back. The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged or opened. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee so the shipping cost will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for.
